Auction room: The lots transferred to Durán's warehouse at Camino de Hormigueras 160, 28031 Madrid, may be collected at the given warehouse once payment has been made in full and upon presentation of the delivery order provided by Durán.
The successful bidder/buyer may ask the shipment company MBS (telephone 91 541 48 94), for an estimate of the packaging costs, shipment and insurance of the lots purchased at auction, from Durán's warehouse to the destination requested by the successful bidder/buyer. MBS will advise on the most suitable and economical means of transport.

Items stored at Durán's premises at Camino de Hormigueras 160, 28031 Madrid, may be collected from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 hours upon agreement and presentation of the delivery order that Durán will provide to the successful bidder/buyer or send to the warehouse staff.
Items stored at calle Goya 19, 28001 Madrid, may be collected during the opening hours of the auction, from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:45 and from 17:00 to 20:00 hours, upon agreement and presentation of the delivery order that Durán will provide to the successful bidder/buyer or will send to the staff auction.
Home delivery: the system will ask you for the delivery address and will show you the cost of delivery including VAT.
The shipping costs provided by the computer system include the costs of packaging, postage, VAT and minimum insurance coverage according to L.O.T.T. Royal Decree No. 1211/1990, Regulation that develops the Law 16/1978 of 30 July on land transport, whereby the liability of carriers of goods for damage, loss or damage suffered by these, will be limited to 4.51 euros per kilo.
However, if one wants to insure the goods for the full amount (up to a maximum of 10,000 - ten thousand euros) in addition to damage, loss or breakdown, one must tick the corresponding box to take out additional private insurance. The system will recalculate the shipping and packaging costs and 4.5% of the insured value will be added as insurance costs.
The transportation will be carried out within a maximum of 10 days from the moment of confirming the order, and both packaging and shipping will be managed by the company:
DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS DURING HOLIDAYS: during holiday periods (Easter, Christmas and August), our offices and warehouse will be closed. For this reason, deliveries and collections of orders received on these dates will be processed during the first working days immediately after the holidays.

The lots that appear in the catalogue with the sign ‡ in front of the lot number will be taken to Durán's warehouse at Camino de Hormigueras 160, 28031 Madrid. These lots are subject to storage costs as indicated in the sections "AWARD AND STORAGE COSTS" and "UNWARDED LOTS" of these Conditions.

The auction price will be increased by 23%, which corresponds to the room brokerage (19.18%) and the V.A.T. (21%) of the brokerage.
In Private Sales there is no fixed brokerage rate and it will be subject to particular agreements.
Durán Arte y Subastas, by virtue of its status as a company dedicated to the art and antiques trade, is subject to the SEPBLAC (Executive Service of the Commission for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Monetary Offenses) and therefore to Law 10/2010 of April 28, 2010, which establishes the due diligence measures to be observed by obligated parties.
