What documents should I provide?

If you are an individual

• If you are a resident individual in Spain, a copy of the D.N.I. or N.I.E on both sides.
• If you are a non-resident individual in Spain, a copy of the passport or another legally valid document with a photograph.

If you are a company

• Company constitution
• Act of real ownership
• Identity document of the legal representative
• Power of representation
• N.I.F. of the company
