Folio minor, hol. Smooth calligraphic spine on the spine. Clean copy, with careful calligraphy and very good presentation. 48 pgs., handwritten pagination post. Definitive memory of the Manila water project, dated April 30, 1874; on December 17 of the same year, the drinking water supply project to Manila was approved: project reformed according to the prescriptions set forth in 1875. National Historical Archive, ULTRAMAR, 491, Exp. 4. In the personal file of Genaro Palacios Guerra , Civil Engineer, it is stated that he was assigned to the Philippines as second class chief engineer from 1866, and appointed first class chief engineer of Public Works of the Philippine Islands by Royal Order of June 22, 1877. In 1881, he was attached to the service of the Manila City Council, as director of the water supply works to that capital.
