Anita Solà de Imbert was a painter and engraver born in Barcelona in 1906. Self-taught, she went through different styles from an aesthetic close to Raoul Dufy to abstraction. His studio-workshop was a meeting place and artistic meeting place in post-war Barcelona frequented by Antoni Tàpies, Eugenio d''Ors, Cesáreo Rodríguez Aguilera or Jaume Pla among others. 62x47cm
