Beautiful Apulian bell krater, with red figures, with two side handles with some white details. Flared body, twin flipped loop handles and flared edge, all on a round, stepped, concave foot. Decorated with two scenes framed at the top by a branch of myrtle and a band of Greek keys at the bottom.
The two scenes are separated by two large palmettes under the handles.
The obverse, with a central naked satyr sitting on a rock, holding a glass of wine, with a tympanum (a kind of drum or tambourine) resting on the rock, in front and behind it, two draped female figures, probably maenads. One is sitting on a rock and looks towards the satyr. On

State of conservation: Restored on fracture lines of fragments originals. Good general condition.
