Joachín de Ibarra, 1784. Small folio, cover. of water paper. 1 hour. + 42 pages. Old stain on the corner. inf. external of the last h. Manuel Ventura Figueroa (Santiago de Compostela, 1708 - Madrid, 1783), rose socially, and throughout his life held various religious positions and in the Royal Administration, especially those of Patriarch of the West Indies, Archbishop of Laodicea, founder of the Banco Nacional de San Carlos, and governor of the Council and of the Chamber of Castilla, in addition to being in charge of negotiating the Concordat of 1753 between the monarch Fernando VI of Spain and Pope Benedict XIV.
