Civil War in the Basque Country

Civil War in the Basque Country.- 6 telegrams addressed to Aguirre, President of the Basque State in Bilbao, to Comrade Ormazabal, director of Euzkadi Roja Bilbao, to the Head of the Bilbao Security Zone and to the Bilbao Communist Party. Along with a typed document addressed to the FAI committee in Baracaldo with the "report of the causes that led to the siege of the CNT barracks by government forces on April 23, 1937." Along with other typed documents sent by Battalion No. 78 · Esteban Salsamendi, of the CNT Anti-Fascist Militias Headquarters, the Finance Minister of the Government of Euzkadi, the British Ambassador in Hendaye, the Head of the Brigade, the Lieutenant Colonel and the Euskadi Communist Party. It also attaches a "report on the steps taken regarding the conflict between the publishing house of ''el noticiero bilbaino'' between the CNT of the north and the government of Euzkadi."
