Spanish peak jug Valladolid Early 17th C

Important Felipe III peak jug made of punched Spanish silver, in its color and gilded. Locality marks from Valladolid, and marker, Alonso Rodríguez (1606-1611, period in which he was in charge of marking silver pieces in Valladolid until his death). And two buriladas.
Cylindrical body in slight decrease. Engraved frieze with decoration of scrolls and kidneys in the upper part. Scroll-like handle with engraved decoration. Straight and molded peak that ends in a scroll, flanked by engraved motifs of cut leather. Circular and flat foot.
