The person portrayed is Miss María del Carmen Sánchez, daughter of the famous photographer Alfonso Sánchez García "Alfonso" (1880-1953) who portrayed the main Spanish personalities from the world of culture, politics and society in the first half of the 20th century.
Before this work, he portrayed important figures such as the Machado brothers, Mariano Benlliure, General Sanjurjo and others.
