Egytian Ptah Figure. After 600 AD

Egyptian wood carving. Late period. After 600 B.C. D. It represents Ptah - Sokar - Osiris. Mummy-shaped figure, headdressed with a tripartite wig, combed with a central groove for the headdress (currently lost). Remains of a pilaster on the back with painted hieroglyphic writing. Remains of polychromy in stucco. Preserved as found in the excavation.

Measurements: 40 cm high.
