Nara is an artist who emerged from the Japanese art pop movement of the 90s. His works present a double aspect, warlike and naive. His characters, children or animals, carry weapons and have an inquisitive look but do not convey aggressiveness. American and Japanese popular culture shape his identity as an artist. Nara has managed to give coherence to this fusion of traditions from different cultures. At the beginning of the 2000s, Takeshi Murakami gave its name to the Supeflat movement, super flat, which refers to the classic aesthetics of manga and anime in which Nara soon stands out. He is possibly the most famous and valued Japanese artist of the moment. 42 x 29,5 cm
