Lot: 145
roman glass juglet

"Roman glass vase, 400-800 AD". Beautiful Roman glass vase with beautiful patina and green and yellow tones. It features a slim handle, round bent lip, and a slightly concave flat base. Most likely it was used to store perfumes or oils. The blown technique allowed large-scale production and made glass a frequently used material for glasses, goblets and all kinds of containers.

Good state of conservation.
